1. Who, What, Why and How

Who we are: Equidigm Financial Solutions (EQ) is a company dedicated to stimulate family wealth through awareness and intelligent financial solutions one home at a time. Basically to create wealthy people. EQ takes a brand new approach to the financial services industry. Helping our clients with the best possible financial options is our #1 priority. EQ's management team was formed to ensure the long term success of the company, but more importantly for the financial success of the people we serve. Supported by very well established companies, and using the finest financial products available today, Equidigm creates a paradigm shift in families' equity management strategies. The EQ University & Learning Institute (EQULI) was created to focus on the training and education of EQ's representatives and of the general public..

What we want: EQ wants you to join forces with us and help grow our team of tens of thousands of agents. EQ desires to use this team to plant seeds of financial strategy awareness on a global scale. What is the key: The key is simply that earning a lot of money is not only possible but actually Too Good NOT to Be True! With EQ’s help more people can participate at a level closer to ‘the factory’ of cash than ever before. This means that there is just simply a whole lot of money available to us that we previously thought was unattainable.

Do I always have to dig up my own leads? Leads represent the “living force” of the financial industry. Without leads, companies in this industry simply don’t make it. EQ works hard to market our system and deliver life changing presentations that create leads for you. We are working up to providing weekly financial seminars. Our Advisors will play an integral part in following up with all of the attendees who need to take advantage of our programs and become actual clients. As we grow our base of agents we can continue to perfect and grow our marketing and lead generation technologies.

What we market: EQ does not provide insurance or other financial products. We represent the experts in the financial industry who offer the best products we can find at any given time. We market the awareness of such products. We market the strategies behind implementing such products into the lives of our clients, we market the knowledge of which products are right for our clients individual priorities and business models. In most cases, without any out-of-pocket money.

How we do it: Through our seminars and presentations and one home at a time we create and offer financial awareness & education, proper insurance strategies, safe financial placement ideas for education, lifestyle & retirement planning, and better mortgage strategies. Our strength is that we are a marketing company, and as such we generate leads solely for the companies that meet our very strict criteria of integrity, performance and service to the clientele – we work only with companies that put customers first! We will be generating leads through: television, radio, print media, Internet, seminar promoters, speakers and trainers, banks, insurance companies, mortgage & securities brokers, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, special groups, etc.

3. Market size

Our overall market is global. However, we have chosen to build our foundation right here in the good old USA. In North America, an estimated 95% of the population could benefit from and actually need one of the financial products we are marketing for our strategic partners. Based on past results, over 60% of people we approach want to become our clients to use our products or at least want to know more about the financial products/services we market. So the market is vast and growing. We have tremendously beneficial cash programs for businesses to take advantage of also and that even further increases our market scope. We have special programs for seminar promoters, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, churches, etc. We will be marketing through television, radio syndicated shows, print media, Internet, and several other media channels.

At training, we strongly recommend you bring along a laptop as we will be training you on the software programs and spreadsheets you will be using in the field (after licensing).

CONTINUING EDUCATION: A certain number of CE points are required each year to keep your Insurance licenses active. We will make our agents aware of various CE programs. 8. Costs (some of the training costs will be reimbursed to you, on one condition explained below) 

We will be investing a lot of time and money in your training – we will not ask you to reimburse us for that investment in you. However, although we would love to pay for all of your expenses to become one of our agents/affiliates, we feel strongly that you need to make a minimal financial commitment to us, and to yourself.

The following fees (subject to change) are the ones you are responsible for (please read “Financial Support For Training” below, as in some cases we can possibly help you financially):

MTA Certification
(Note: the following fees will be reimbursed to you upon closing  of future sales or as indicated) 

  • Optional State Licensing: fees differ for each state
    - School training: around $200 in average
    - Fingerprint: normally between $50 & $75
    - State Exam: normally between $100 & $200

  • Equidigm's training & licensing:
    $2,500 - includes:
    - Professional Boot Camp Training
    - Continuing training
    - Marketing License
    - Course materials
    - Required Equidigm software
    - Snacks/beverages during breaks
    - Appointment with appropriate lenders & insurance companies
    - Special guest(s) training
    - other elements as made available at each training

  • Other courses/license fees (not included in boot camp)
    - State licensing requirements
    - State licensing continuing education

  • Minimum deposit: $500
  • Balance ($500) payable before the start of the boot camp. Bonus rebate of $1,000 after 3rd personal sale or before (details at the training).
  • Repeat training is FREE for existing agents (total cost is $50).

  • No known-State Licensing required (check with your State)
  • MTA training & Certification:

  • Minimum deposit: $500

NOTE: if attending both trainings, the minimum deposit ($500) and the total cost ($1,000) is the same. 

Terms: attendees have the choice to either pay all training fees upfront, or take advantage of the special financial program described below. However, because we can only offer the program to a limited number of people, we will appreciate if the people who can afford to pay the fees upfront do it. As mentioned, some of those fees will be reimbursed to you upon the sales of financial products to clients. In all cases, a $500 "good faith" deposit is required upon registration and another $500 before starting training. 

Transportation, lodging, food 
You are responsible for your own expenses to and from, during and after training. We are normally able to arrange for special group rates at the hotel where the training will be taking place. Click here for recommended hotel (Country Inns & Suites) - EQ corporate rate is available and should include free airport shuttle, breakfast and Internet.
FLIGHT & CAR: Best rates available at www.peoplesmarttravel.com (owned by an MTA-Licensed company). Several people have a car so we can probably arrange transportation between the recommended hotel and the training location. From the airport to the hotel, please use the free shuttle - contact us if you encounter any difficulties in this regard.

10. Financial arrangements

As mentioned above, you are responsible to come up with some upfront money (as good faith!), to help cover some of the costs of the boot camp.

If money is really a big issue and there is no way for you to come up with the necessary funds but are truly motivated and are willing to make things happen for yourself, we might be able to make some financial arrangements for/with you (in the form of additional scholarship or a personal Promissory Note) if that can help you get the training now, rather than later.


11. Companies we market or represent in the U.S.A. 

Although the number of our alliance partners will increase with time (as we will soon expand nationwide in the U.S., Canada, Asia and beyond), right from the beginning we are working with main service providers, each representing several companies (note: being an independent company, Equidigm cannot be held liable for any service offered by these companies, and/or performance  their performance):

We invite interested parties to contact us to form alliances and partnerships. In cooperation and without conflicts of interest, we can support agents, brokers, companies & corporate entities in the following fields: real estate, mortgage, insurance, securities, debt negotiations, strategic money placements, education & retirement funds, trusts, etc. 


12. Logistics

Please let us know as soon as possible when and what time you are planning to arrive in the city where you'll be attending training. Please refer to the schedule above for times - we will start on time!

Tuition Deposit: As mentioned above, you are required to send in a $500 "good faith" deposit to secure your seat (limited space). It can be done by cash or check before the start of the training, or by credit card at http://equidigm.net/secure/payment-training.html. Make the full balance payment before the bootcamp. On your first personal sale you will get a rebate bonus to help offset your tuition.

Laptop: We recommend that you bring a laptop & an extension cord for the duration of the training (or we'll pair you up with someone who does have one, but understand that you may want to eventually need a laptop as a tool to conduct this business)..

Software & Forms: Download software and Forms from this website. This section is password protected; you will have access to that section upon receipt of your $500 deposit.

You will be required to sign the Confidentiality Agreement in order to be allowed in the training room. There will also be other documents that you will be required to fill out and sign during the training; we strongly suggest you familiarize yourself with them before the scheduled training to avoid any surprises! 

Hotel: Special prices are normally arranged with the hotel (Country Inns & Suites for Fall'08 training) where the training takes place. When calling, mention that you are with Equidigm.

Dress code: casual-business. However, one segment of the training is about "Image", in other words acting and dressing for success. You will be asked to come in at one of the classes dressed the way you believe you should be dressed for an actual presentation to a client.
